Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in heavy hydraulic attachments, is seeking dedicated 1st Shift Welders to join their dynamic team. As a 1st Shift Welder, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Welders

Location: Two Harbors, MN

Pay Range: Based on experience

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform GMAW/MIG/Wire feed welding to AWS D1.1 standards
• Follow standard work procedures and safety policies in a production environment
• Layout, fit-up, measure, and tack weld components accurately
• Assist in documenting work procedures and provide feedback for process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to use a tape measure, level, angle finders, and squares
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic weld symbols on blueprints
• Comfortable using standard repair and hand tools
• Ability to handle materials safely using equipment such as jib hoists, cranes, and forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
