Responsibilities Be the liaison between the Revit users and the BIM Manager Set up of Revit Models for all projects Act as BIM Coordinator for select projects Maintain and create new and existing scripts, content, and families Assist with BIM execution plan for projects Establish standard practices and consistencies within Revit CD sets Help create and improve interoperability within Revit for increased information sharing and efficiencies to help develop company-wide standards. Assist with Navisworks setup and management for projects Qualifications and Experience Professional degree in Architecture or similar preferred Revit/BIM: 5 years (Preferred) 5+ years AEC industry experience Proficiency in Revit, Revit Add-Ins, CAD, Navisworks, and 3D Rendering; Dynamo experience preferred Familiarity with content management solutions and strategies required Desire to teach others about design technologies in daily practices Aptitude toward technology and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to challenge the status quo constructively and successfully and mentor staff Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills Strong interpersonal communication and demonstrated oral and written presentation skills Education Bachelor’s (Preferred) Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance/Short-term and Long-term Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Penney Design Group
