Job Title: Community Manager (Property Management Experience Required)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager with a strong background in Property Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional who excels in maximizing property performance through strategic pricing, effective marketing, and exceptional resident relations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Utilize Price Optimization software to analyze market trends, determine rental rates, and optimize revenue.
Lead marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents, including online listings and community outreach.
Manage leasing activities, including renewals and new lease processes, to maintain consistent occupancy.
Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep.
Maintain accurate records and reporting through YARDI , CRM , and Rent Café systems (experience preferred).
Travel as needed to attend training sessions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Property Management , with a track record of success in occupancy, retention, and team leadership.
Proficiency with Price Optimization software and property management systems (YARDI, CRM, Rent Café preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed for training or inter-property support.
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
