Our litigation team brings substantial expertise in California courts and handles every stage of the litigation process. We are known for our aggressive defense of clients facing legal disputes and for navigating complicated real estate challenges with precision and efficiency.
Beyond litigation, we offer comprehensive support for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our services include drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, disclosures, and lease documents; advising on existing contractual obligations; and managing transactions through closing. We also prepare and record custom agreements, notices, and related documents tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
