Controller

$150,000-$160,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing services company to hire their next Controller. This is a high-impact role leading the accounting team and overseeing all core accounting operations. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable processes, driving automation, and supporting the company’s continued growth and acquisition activity. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
• Lead daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, and payroll.
• Mentor a small team while remaining hands-on in key accounting functions.
• Build scalable financial processes and controls to support growth and acquisition integration.

Requirements:

• CPA is required.
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of experience is required.
• M&A experience a plus
• Multi-entity experience a plus
• 10%-15% travel is required

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
