• **MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per week
• Specialty: CRNA 
• Start Date: 9/15/2025
• Paid Orientation: 2 Days Required
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Needed: Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required. 
• 36 hours per week, 2-3 weeks per month
• 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required
• 8hr Weeknight Call
• Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required.  
• Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available. 
• Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm

• Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc. 
• Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
• Patient population/age: 12+
• Department description: Tertiary facility 
• EMR: Epic
• Special procedures: Specialized care
• CRNA do not perform any blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals.

Practice Setting: 

• Hospital - Tertiary facility

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required
• Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
  • Level III Facility
  • OT rule: Daily overtime is only applicable if your scheduled shift length is changed on the same day in QGenda and/or by your on-site manager. If additional hours are added before the scheduled shift date, overtime does not apply. All overtime must be approved by ANW and documented in QGenda to be eligible for payment.
  • Holiday: 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59]
