Title: Customer Care Representative II
Columbus, Georgia
The role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy.

Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

This position will have on-site training Monday - Friday for the first 6 weeks, onsite post training (Nesting) for an additional 1 week. You must have 100% attendance during the full training period. Start date: 11/17/2025.

As a Customer Care Representative II , you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls, multitask across multiple systems, and provide verbal and written communication support to large group commercial clients.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove service experience in a fast-paced call center environment.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
  • Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document information, activities, and changes in the database.
  • Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Proficient in maintaining focus during extended periods of sitting and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Attentive to details, critical thinker, and a problem-solver.
