Position Overview: Design Manager The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing work originating from the Design department. Key Responsibilities: Manage employees using computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering and design tasks. Communicate with sales, building designers, and customers to gather information for timely project completion. Review design work completed by designers prior to production. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 4-6 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
