Our client, a leader in environmental health and safety, is seeking an EHS Team Lead to join their team. As an EHS Team Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting critical safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EHS Team Lead

Location: Mountainview, CA

Pay Range: $38-$42 hr

What's the Job?

• Support the implementation and management of various EHS Program initiatives.
• Ensure the team understands the client's program/project objectives, requirements, and processes.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and facilitate team meetings as needed.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for the team.
• Coordinate team workloads, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure operational objectives are met.

What's Needed?

• Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, environmental, health and safety management practices, principles and procedures.
• Multiple years of experience in effective team leadership and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to perform in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity; highly trustworthy and able to reliably handle confidential information.
