Key Responsibilities

Attend weekly Monday meetings at our Troy office
Sell and service insurance products while expanding your client base
Manage existing client relationships and deliver outstanding service
Report daily activity through our Salesforce-based CRM
Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development
Mentor and train new team members as you advance

Qualifications

Clean background and reliable transportation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership potential and interpersonal abilities
Proven success in sales, customer service, or relationship-based roles
Passion for helping people and giving back to the community
Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
