Lateral Associate
Practice Area : Government Contracts, Federal Compliance, Grants, and Cross-Border Trade Compliance
Location : Washington, D.C.
Salary : $280,000 - $415,000 Base Salary, commensurate with seniority (4-7 years). This role includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses in line with competitive BigLaw compensation standards in the D.C. market.

Job Description:
The successful Associate will be a key contributor to the firm's Government Contracts and Grants subspecialty , operating at the intersection of corporate transactions and federal procurement compliance .
