Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com ( **In this role, you will:** + Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer + Lead less complex initiatives and implement Treasury Management products and service + Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery + Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers + Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience + Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs + Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancements **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 2+ years of Treasury Management experience **Desired Qualifications:** + Strong Treasury Management knowledge and experience + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written + Ability to work in an ever-changing environment + Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment + Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers + Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners + Demonstrate leadership abilities **Job Expectations:** + Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently on a hybrid schedule + Preferred locations are listed in the posted and no other locations are being considered at this time + This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
