Ensure compliance with all applicable Medicare, Medicaid, state, county, and federal regulations, including CMS Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to support patient safety, staff efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Oversee census management, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure quality and cost‑effective service delivery. Monitor operational and financial performance; identify and implement performance improvement initiatives. Analyze and interpret operational data, financial reports, and regulatory documents. Manage and develop hospital staff; promote teamwork, professional growth, and accountability. Collaborate with the Medical Director and Director of Nursing to ensure adherence to clinical standards of care. Lead and/or participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and compliance initiatives. Participate in the Senior Leadership team to ensure communication of compliance issues. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in hospital/business/healthcare administration OR experience in behavioral health, social work, health sciences, public administration, or human service administration. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare of behavioral health. Experience with regulatory agencies such as Department of Health and Human Services, Medicare, and Joint Commission Certification. Working knowledge of inpatient psychiatric facility operations, community mental health systems, and applicable state and federal regulations. Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and interpret financial and legal documents. Successful completion of a criminal+ background check. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in mental health, health care administration, or business administration OR Clinical Psychology PhD/PsyD. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric treatment facility.
