This open position seeks an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader who will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required. Overview The Hospital Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care. Oversee administration and coordination of services for licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group. Ensure program compliance and drive quality improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality patient care. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations as needed. Requirements / Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position) Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization Willingness to cover multiple locations which may require some local travel Demonstrated adaptability, innovation and leadership in fast-paced environments Additional Information Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible. This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
