Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our packaging machinery. This hands-on technical role offers the opportunity to work with advanced packaging equipment, enhancing your technical expertise while ensuring safe, efficient pharmaceutical production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and adjustments on packaging machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Maintain accurate equipment history and maintenance documentation.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Support smooth changeovers by setting up and adjusting packaging machinery for new product runs.
• Perform line clearances and prepare production lines for startup.
• Conduct equipment tests to verify performance and product quality.
• Support spare parts inventory management.
• Work with procurement to order parts and supplies as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with cGMP and safety principles.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Professional Certificates/Associate 's Degree preferred but not required.
• Technical skills gained through education or hands-on experience.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
