Job Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal communication projects and campaigns. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for communication initiatives. Develop and create content for various internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, and the intranet. Lead internal communications efforts related to organizational change and transformation, ensuring clear, timely, and relevant messaging. Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Lead research projects to support and enhance our internal communication operations. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvement. Assist on special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, PR, or a related field or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in communications, marketing or a similar role. Prior experience providing strategic communications support for private equity investments and/or mergers and acquisitions a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms including intranets, internal communication systems (e.g., Teams, Zoom), and Microsoft Office365. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $95,000 - $100,000. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,000 - $106,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,000 - $106,000. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,000 - $106,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,000 - $108,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
