We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and experienced individual ready for this amazing earning potential. The more you sell, the more you make! As a Kitchen Design Sales Expert, you will drive sales and cultivate client relationships, providing expert guidance on our diverse range of premier cabinetry and other kitchen design products to meet the customer needs. Responsibilities: Meet with clients in the showroom to assist them with product selections. Maintain solid relationships with customers and decision makers through creative problem solving and timely follow-up. Effectively navigate the sales process from start to finish, beginning with identifying the client’s goals and ending with project completion. Continued education and training for all cabinet and countertop manufacturers partnered with our company (including stock/semi-custom and custom cabinetry). Candidate must have strong product knowledge. On-site field measurements to verify dimensions. Use 20/20 Auto Cad design software knowledge/skills. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey strong, clear messages to customers. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills at multiple levels. Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities. Strong organizational skills, intuition, and reasoning abilities. High energy, self-directed, highly confident, and self-motivated. Proven track record of sales. Team player with strong business perspective. Education / Experience: 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. Prior experience in kitchen design capacity. Proficiency in 20/20 and Microsoft Office Suite.
