Job Summary

Client Firmwide Marketing team is seeking a multi-disciplined Marketing Consultant (Designer) to support a wide range of high-impact brand initiatives. This is a mid-level, temp-to-perm position ideal for a detail-oriented designer with a refined, contemporary aesthetic and a strong background in digital branding, editorial content, and presentation design. The ideal candidate is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma and passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Branding
• Design visually compelling assets across various channels, including:
• Digital branding (web, social media, video thumbnails, signage)
• Editorial and thought leadership content for digital and social platforms
• Executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Visual Asset Management
• Curate and source high-quality photography and illustrations aligned with the Client brand tone and sophistication
• Translate complex concepts into clean, engaging visual formats that support storytelling and strategic messaging
• Collaboration & Production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand & Design, Marketing, Communications, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve branded templates and scalable design systems
• Ensure all assets are production-ready and organized for team use
• Uphold consistency in visual style and tone according to brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in an in-house, editorial, or agency setting

Proven experience in:

• Digital brand asset creation
• Editorial design and photo research
• Executive presentation design (PowerPoint
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative range and brand-aligned design work

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience using Canva and Figma for collaborative and responsive design workflows
• PowerPoint design skills highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in corporate, editorial, or financial services marketing is a plus
2. Experience working within established brand systems and guidelines
3. Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and content-driven visual design

Soft Skills

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to layout, typography, and imagery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
