Esko High School is accepting applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Mathematics teaching position for grades 712 beginning August 25, 2025.
Salary: The starting pay for this position is between $44,960 and $84,514 and is based on the Esko Education Association Master Agreement. Your initial placement is dependent on your qualifications (education and years of relevant experience).

Licensure Requirement:
Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Minnesota teaching license in Mathematics (Grades 712).
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with Minnesota state standards for grades 712.
Personalize instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of all students. Integrate technology and 21st-century skills to support and enhance mathematical understanding and student engagement.
Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor and support student progress. Collaborate with colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate mathematics curriculum. Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and staff to support student learning and development.
Participate in ongoing school and district professional development for continuous improvement.
Support the school community by engaging in extracurricular or co-curricular activities (e.g., supervision, coaching, advising).
Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
