AppleTree Staffing is thrilled to partner with a globally recognized leader to find dedicated Pick and Pack Associates for their state-of-the-art facility on the west side of Indianapolis! These are full-time positions ( NOT TEMP jobs) that offer great advancement opportunities.

Position Overview:
As a Pick and Pack Associate, you will play a critical role in preparing and packaging medical kits with precision and care. This position offers personalized, hands-on training tailored to your learning style. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow paid, personalized training to understand operating procedures.
• Use an automated picking cell with light indicators for efficient product selection.
• Print labels and barcodes using a small printer and apply them to medical supplies.
• Package small products into boxes and prepare them for distribution.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain quality standards.

• Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy is essential.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Reliable: Strong work history and impeccable attendance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

SHIFT: Day & Night Shift

PAY RATE: $18.50-$19.00/HR

Built-in overtime during the workweek and additional overtime are available, depending on production needs.
