Immediate Part Time Accounting Clerk

Opportunity to work with one of the largest product supply companies in the area. Flexible hours $20/hr Williamsville, NY.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of accounting experience or Bachelor Degree in accounting

Responsibilities:

• Process and record invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
• Prepare and issue accounts payable checks and maintain related documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing issues.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Williamsville, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
