Duties Lead and mentor teams of consultants and technical specialists, guiding them to solve high-impact problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Manage multiple engagements within the Maritime portfolio, taking full ownership of project outcomes and ensuring successful execution. Lead sales and account development pursuits for product and services offerings, ensuring that our offerings meet customer and market needs. Navigate the sales and procurement processes within Maritime organizations, consulting and providing experience-informed perspectives to internal, external, and partner stakeholders. Deliver high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations, using a customer-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes. Ensure deliverables exhibit the thought leadership and quality that Oxalis is known for. Manage and grow a portfolio of customers. Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and establish evaluation criteria for solutions. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level customers, through clear presentations and active listening. Develop and deliver high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with our commitment to quality. Manage the full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Collaborate with other Oxalis leaders in leading the operations of our business and contribute directly to the growth of Oxalis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered. At least eight years of experience in customer-facing roles with proven leadership and team management skills. Proven record of customer portfolio growth with strong in-account year-over-year sales and renewals. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel to company and customer sites as needed. Experience working effectively in hybrid and remote environments. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in account management, customer success, or managed services operations in a consulting business. Hands-on experience with SaaS products, including Atlassian products. Hands-on experience with IFS products and modules in both remote and cloud deployments. Experience in enterprise program governance, project and portfolio management, and PMOs. Demonstrated experience in engagement leadership that leads to additional engagements. Experience applying Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, and ITSM. Certifications in Atlassian, IFS, SAFe, ITIL, and PMP are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and concepts, including planning, estimation, and risk management. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and exceed customer expectations. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within diverse teams. Ownership and accountability for personal and professional growth, work quality, and relationships.
