ABOUT THE ROLE


Lead comprehensive technology evaluation and pilot programs across senior living facilities, with focus on healthcare operations, business efficiency, and resident care technologies. Manage vendor relationships, ROI analysis, and implementation frameworks for large-scale technology adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Evaluation & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare and operational technologies
  • Develop detailed ROI models and business cases for technology implementations
  • Lead vendor selection process including RFP development and contract negotiation
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies relevant to senior living sector
Pilot Program Management
  • Design and manage 3-5 technology pilots annually across multiple facilities
  • Coordinate pilot implementation with facility operators, WT, and vendor teams
  • Track pilot performance metrics and success criteria
  • Develop scaling strategies for successful pilot programs
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and industry partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, operations, facilities, and procurement
  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance expectations
  • Facilitate vendor presentations to executive leadership and investment committee
Process Development & Documentation
  • Create standardized technology evaluation frameworks and decision criteria
  • Develop implementation playbooks and best practices documentation
  • Establish change management protocols for technology adoption
  • Maintain technology inventory and performance tracking systems
Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise Technology Analysts and Implementation Project Manager
  • Provide training and mentorship on evaluation methodologies and industry knowledge
  • Coordinate team project assignments and resource allocation
  • Support hiring and onboarding of additional team members

TRAVEL


Out of area and overnight travel may be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or Business
  • 7+ years experience in technology evaluation, healthcare technology, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Project management experience with multi-site implementations
