\n Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour 1st shift $19.50 2nd shift

\n Position Summary:
\nWe are looking for a Production Associate I to join our team. In this role, you will perform diverse and complex assignments in support of product development and manufacturing. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of products while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.\n\n

\n

\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Perform assembly and packaging work using lean principles.\n\t
  • Conduct routine planned maintenance and inspections of production equipment.\n\t
  • Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components according to detailed instructions.\n\t
  • Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools.\n\t
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and document production processes.\n\t
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.\n\t
  • Participate in quality control inspections and report any non-conformance issues.\n\t
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to improve processes and product quality.\n

\n Required Qualifications: \n\n
    \n\t
  • High School Diploma or GED.\n\t
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly or similar roles.\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented work habits.\n\t
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.\n\t
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\t
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform various physical tasks.\n

\n Preferred Qualifications: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Experience with clean room environments and handling delicate parts.\n\t
  • Familiarity with robotics and experience in electronic assembly.\n\t
  • Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and compliance standards.\n
\n\n

\n Working Conditions: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.\n\t
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to chemicals.\n
\n\n
