Position Overview:

Project Coordinators at LendingOne are detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative and communicative. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both internal departments and external stakeholders, playing a key part in ensuring project success. The Project Coordinator will manage loan application pipelines, review documentation for accuracy, and provide timely updates throughout the process. Strong skills in client relationship management, loan processing, and cross-functional communication are essential for this role.

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Boca Raton Headquarters Office.

  • Minimum 2 years in a professional environment paired with strong computer skills and ambition to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude to manage client relationships effectively
  • Ability to review documents for accuracy and conduct preliminary due diligence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, high energy and successful team player
  • Prior experience in any real estate capacity is helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely updates and ensuring a seamless loan application experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, underwriting, legal) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, third-party vendors) to coordinate application progress and resolve any issues.
  • Manage a pipeline of loan applications by gathering, reviewing, and validating required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the transition of loan applications from submission through closing, collaborating closely with legal and closing teams to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized and prioritized loan pipeline by proactively following up with borrowers and monitoring key milestones, including appraisals and title reports.
  • Review loan files for compliance and completeness, and work with credit analysts and underwriters to analyze data, clear conditions, and ensure successful funding.
