Why You’ll Love This Job As a Senior Product Manager, you will join a collaborative Product, Design, and Engineering team working on the future of EdTech. You will have ownership and autonomy over your focus areas, craft roadmaps, develop and ship features, and engage with clients and stakeholders. You will also mentor junior product managers and help develop best practices across the team. What You’ll Do Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and data analysis. Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior product managers and promote best practices in product discovery and metrics. Market, Customer & Data Insights: Conduct analysis, engage with users, and define KPIs to evaluate product success. Product Development & Execution: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, translating business needs into technical specifications. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategies and results to leadership and cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable insights. Quality & Technical Understanding: Advocate for quality, evaluate technical feasibility, and ensure product measurability. Who You Are 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and SQL (a plus). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with agile environments and delivering web/mobile products. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with clients to understand their needs. Passionate about continuous learning and evidence-based decisions. Salary Range: $110,000 - $170,000 annually.
