Job Description

We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You’ll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. $30 - $38 hourly

• Review blueprints and sketches to understand requirements
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures

• Oversee & teach younger carpenters on our team
• Oversee trade partners working on the job site
• Complete jobs on time and within budget
• Personally produce exceptional carpentry work that exceeds industry standards, including assembling cabinetry, installing trim, hanging siding, and occasional framing
• Put a priority on having 100% safety standards on all job sites

• In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity
• Precise measuring and math skills are required
• Valid driver’s license required

• Carpentry experience required
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively
