Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Decision Logic seeks a Software Support Analyst to join our team. Our team executes at an elite level and we're looking for people who are interested in learning how to do the same. In a competitive industry, partnerships with clients help to differentiate us. A Software Support Analyst at Decision Logic doesn’t just fix it and forget it; they work hand in hand with key contacts, store managers, and internal teams to ensure not only that the client relationship is solid, but that the product is being utilized to its fullest potential. What You’ll Do Be the first line of support by triaging client service desk tickets and responding promptly to client inquiries. Handle concierge-level maintenance requests , technical support questions, and “how-to” issues with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain and manage large data sets for thousands of restaurants, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Analyze and validate client data , identifying trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement. Configure integrations to help clients optimize the platform’s functionality. Replicate and troubleshoot technical issues , resolving Level 1 and Level 2 problems independently while escalating complex issues to management or development teams as needed. Drive high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues in a manner that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with internal teams , sharing client feedback with leadership and product development to enhance the user experience. Educate and empower clients , guiding them through best practices, feature adoption, and product optimization. Create and refine client-facing and internal documentation , ensuring resources are clear, accurate, and user-friendly. Superb time management and organizational skills Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing position An interest in technology and for being a part of a fast-growing company Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Zoom.
