Job Summary The Software Support Engineer will work with SigmaNEST software to identify issues, assist customers, and develop solutions. The ideal candidate will learn quickly and handle multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide first-level support for software installation and operation issues. Communicate solutions effectively via phone, email, and online. Coordinate customer notifications and follow-ups to maintain service levels. Applications Engineering: Visit customer sites to install software and test on their machines. Support incoming tickets with troubleshooting. Work on coding projects, mainly in G-code. Understand and modify complex application code to resolve issues. Training, Demonstrations & Documentation: Deliver training onsite, at our facility, or online. Assist in technical sales and benchmarking. Create documentation for issues and solutions. Record complaint reports and troubleshooting steps. Desired Education and Skills 0-2 years of IT helpdesk/technical support experience, preferably in software or hardware support. Strong written and verbal technical communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. SQL experience is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
