Job Description

Receives, reviews, and maintains permanent records of academic transactions to produce complete and accurate student transcripts; process grade changes and adjustments; processes transcript requests under FERPA guidelines. Assists with transcript evaluations and academic advising for a select group of transfer students. Other duties as assigned by the Registrar. Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Technology background with experience in database management, word processing and spreadsheets. Experience with Ellucian Colleague is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
• Principles and practices of sound business communication; correct English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
