• Weekly Gross: $3,030/week
• Breakdown: $41/hr W2 + $1,554 weekly stipend
• Overtime: After 40 hours/week
• Orientation: All hours billable

Full Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to support the Family Birthplace / Perinatal team as a Perinatal Educator.
You’ll lead staff education and training—primarily focused on C-section circulating skills, safety standards, and perinatal best practices.

This role blends clinical expertise with education, ideal for nurses passionate about mentorship and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and coordinate staff training sessions and competency checks
• Provide direct guidance on OR circulating and perinatal procedures
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain care quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN License (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 3 years of recent L&D, OR Circulator, or Perinatal experience preferred
• BLS required | NRP strongly preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and current booster required (no exemptions)
• Must be 50+ miles from facility (locals not accepted)
• Former perm employees must be separated for 2 years
• Travel experience preferred
