At Align Aerospace, we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take the reins of a high-velocity distribution operation. This role is about strategy, leadership, and growth—not just managing pallets and processes. You'll lead multiple warehouse departments, drive process improvements, and mentor your team like the rockstar you are.

You'll be the go-to person for:

• Optimizing complex inventory flows and order fulfillment operations
• Mentoring and developing high-performing leads and staff
• Creating and enhancing Power BI and operational reporting
• Forecasting, planning, and solving problems like a logistics ninja
• Being the change champion—streamlining workflows, enforcing safety, and raising the bar daily

How to Stand Out as a Top Candidate:

If you check most of these boxes, we want to hear from you:

• 5+ years leading warehouse teams in aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Epicor/SAP etc.)
• Background in AS9100 or ISO-certified environments
• Obsessed with accuracy, process efficiency, and creating calm in the chaos
• Fluent in warehouse metrics, lean principles, and team motivation
• You're known for mentoring your crew and building bench strength
• Bonus: You're Six Sigma or CPIM certified. Even better: You actually use it.

Note:

This position is in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse – it gets warm in the summer and cool in the winter, so this role is for someone who is comfortable working in that environment.
