Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to build or expand their careers in the insurance industry with the support of a collaborative, growth-oriented agency. What You'll Do:

• Develop new client relationships through outreach and referrals
• Assess client needs and provide suitable health/life insurance solutions
• Customize and present coverage plans from a wide range of carriers
• Manage client portfolios, including renewals and policy updates
• Collaborate with fellow agents for ongoing training and support
• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional client service

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
