You’ll work closely with the Clinical Directors and Hospital Managers to ensure smooth workflows, engaged teams, and excellent client service. Core responsibilities include Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and service delivery Manage staffing: recruitment, training, performance management, and development Lead a large, diverse team of 75+ across multiple departments Monitor and improve financial performance (budgeting, expense management, revenue growth) Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe, clean environment Drive change management initiatives to strengthen culture post-acquisition Act as a liaison between clients and the veterinary team, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence Implement and review operational policies and procedures to support efficiency and patient outcomes Collaborate on community outreach initiatives and educational programs What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in veterinary or healthcare leadership, ideally managing large teams Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Veterinary Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
